A2. The expiry dates of the contact lenses vary depending on the brand. They usually vary from 2 years to 5 years.

Q3. If both of my eyes are of different prescriptions, could I still purchase?

A3. Yes of course you can. You have to purchase 2 boxes of different prescriptions.

Q4. How could I know whether Eyelookgood is selling authentic and safe contact lenses?

A4. Eyelookgood obtains its goods from reliable contact lens companies. All the contact lens boxes are factory sealed and free of defects. The contact lens box would serve as proof that the contact lenses are authentic. If we still did not manage to convince you, you could verify with the manufacturer whether are they authentic.

Q5: Can I purchase a brand of contacts that is different from the one prescribed by my Optometrist or Ophthalmologist?

A5. Contact lenses come in different sizes and suitability for your eyes must be determined by an Optometrist or Ophthalmologist. By ordering replacement contact lenses from EyeLookGood you confirm that you are purchasing lenses suitable for you as prescribed by your Optometrist or Ophthalmologist. If you would like to change the type or brand of lens you are wearing, you must consult your Optometrist or Ophthalmologist for consent. Once you and your eyecare professional establish what type of contact lens is best for you, simply visit our website and save up to 30%.

Q6: Can I get colour lenses if I do not have a prescription?

A6. Coloured contact lenses come in different sizes and must be fit to your eye by an Optometrist or Ophthalmologist. As a replacement centre, we can only sell you contact lenses that you are already wearing successfully. Once you have a prescription for coloured contact lenses, simply visit our website and save up to 30%.

Q7: What information is needed to purchase contact lenses via our website?

A7. Information is available on the packaging of the contact lenses you are currently wearing, or from your optometrist or optician.

Here is the information that we need for each eye:

Brand name: e.g. Acuvue, Focus, Soflens 66 Torics, etc.
Power: a number between -20 and +20.
Base Curve (BC): a number between 8.0 and 10.0.
Diameter (DIA): a number between 13.0 and 15.0.

Should you have astigmatism, we also need:
Cylinder (CYL): a number between -4.00 and +4.00.
Axis(AX): a number between 0° and 180°.

Q8: How long is my contact lens prescription valid?

A8: Contact lens prescriptions are valid for as long as your doctor or eye care provider prescribes. This can be as long as 2 years and varies according to your doctor's recommendations for you. Please speak with your eye care provider to see how long your contact lens prescription is valid.

Q9: I do not see the contacts that I need.

A9: Although we carry most major brands and types of contact lenses, we currently do not list every contact lens available online. If you are not able to locate your brand please contact us via e-mail at sales@eyelookgood.com. We will be happy to assist you.

Q10: Can I wear contacts if I have astigmatism?

A10: Toric contact lenses are specially designed for astigmatic adjustment. However, a doctor or eye care professional prescription is needed for Toric contact lenses purchase. Please consult your doctor or eye care professional to see if you can benefit from this type of corrective lens.

Q11: Can I wear contacts that belong to someone else?

A11: NO! It is definitely not a good idea to try on or wear someone else's contact lenses. The sharing of contact lenses may result in the spread of micro-organisms that can be detrimental to the health of your eye. You should only wear contact lenses prescribed specifically for you under the close supervision of a qualified eye care professional.

Q12: Can I sleep in my contacts?

A12: You should only sleep in your contacts or wear them for extended periods of time if you have consent from your Optometrist or Ophthalmologist. Please consult your Optometrist or Ophthalmologist before sleeping in your contacts to make sure that it is alright for you to do so.

Q13: Can contact lenses cause damage to my eye?

A13: When prescribed and worn properly, most people can wear contact lenses for years with little or no problems. However, you should ALWAYS consult your Optometrist or Ophthalmologist at the first hint of discomfort.

Q14: What are the terms and conditions of my purchase?

A14: Our terms and conditions are simple:

·All customers must have a valid prescription that must be less than 24 months old.

· Your order must be for the same contact lenses that you are already successfully wearing. We accept no responsibility for our customers' lack of suitability to wear contact lenses.

· It is your responsibility to input your latest prescription

Q15: What is your return policy?

A15: Goods Sold Are Non-Refundable. Eyelookgood guarantees that all our contact lenses are factory sealed. Return policy shall be judge on a case by case basis. Return charges are to be borne by the customer and the customer is required to send the product back to EyeLookGood within 7 calendar days.

Q16: What is your exchange policy?

A16: Request for exchange MUST be within 7 calendar days upon receipt of delivery and to be return to us in the original packaging including boxes, bottles and blisters or otherwise NOT exchangeable. Exchange charges to be borne by the customer.
